    Shambhala Day represents one of the most important traditions of Shambhala Buddhism. It is a time for us to express the wealth and richness of our spiritual and cultural heritage through feasting, conviviality, elegance and tenderness. Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche will give his annual address to the worldwide Shambhala Community via the Internet. The global gathering will include centers and groups from 5 continents and over 25 countries around the world.

    Schedule of Events:
    6:00-7:30 AM: Sunrise Ceremony and Lhasang (smoke offering)
    7:30-7:45 AM: Arrival for the Elixir of Life Practice
    8:00-9:30 AM: Elixir of Life practice and Shambhala Day Program
    9:30-10:00 AM:  Light refreshments
    10:00-11:30 AM: Shambhala International Program
    12:00-2:30 PM: Lunch at LaPinata
    7:00-8:00 PM: Sadhana of Mahamudra practice
