Regular Meditation Practice Sessions

Sunday Morning Meditation
9 to 10 AM every Sunday
We begin this morning online practice with opening chants followed by sitting and walking meditation.  Start your week with the simple yet profound and powerful practice of meditation.

Weekday Morning Meditation
7 to 8 AM every weekday
Every weekday DSMC offers morning meditation. Sitting with a group is a great way to start your day when things are so groundless! Then, if you would like to stay, join the conversation for inspiration and discussion about dharma and events of the day.

Lunch Meditation
12- 1 Wednesdays
Meditation to get us through hump day–and the rest of the week!  We begin with a brief guided meditation, followed by silent meditation and then transition to lunch and conversation.

Shambhala Sadhana Practice
7 to 8 AM every Tuesday
The Shambhala Sadhana is a profound yet simple chanting and visualization practice that deepens our personal and societal connection with basic goodness. This profound practice helps us connect more fully with our hearts, each other and the world.

White Tara Practice
7:30 to 8 AM every Thursday
White Tara is one of the most famous bodhisattvas of compassion in Tibetan Buddhism. This is a compassion practice particularly relied upon in times of domestic and community turmoil and disharmony, and when personal or family health is threatened.
