These 5 interviews are with some of the most renowned thinkers, leading researchers and wisdom holders in the science and practice of meditation. These insightful and powerful interviews will challenge all of us to think about how science and meditation can support both our personal journeys as well as the creation of a kinder, more awake and more enlightened society in our deeply troubled and polarized world.

We will gather at the Davis Shambhala Center as well as individually via online for 5 successive Monday evenings in October and November.  All classes will be from 7-9PM and include listening to the interviews followed by open discussion of the contents and implications of what is presented.

Opening to Interconnection and Creating Change – Dr. Kelly McGonigal, author of “The Neuroscience of Change: A Compassion-Based Program for Personal Transformation”
